How do I obtain and manage my PO Box™?
- Apply online: Find, reserve, and pay for a box at a Post Office near you.
- Pick up your keys in person: Take your completed application and 2 forms of ID to the Post Office (where your box is) to get your keys.
- Get mail at your convenience: Flexible hours allow you to check your PO Box on your schedule.
What Do I Do if I Missed My Delivery?
Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility or shipper. Refer to your door tag for the pickup location and availability.
Change of address - the basics
To get a quote, you will need to provide the origin city/zip code, destination city/zip code, commodity/packaging, estimated weight/dimensions, shipment type (LTL or full-truckload), and any additional information/special requirements for the load.
What is priority mail express?
Priority Mail Express is the upgraded version of Priority Mail. Express Mail is the faster, more reliable version of Priority Mail – but for about 3x the price.
How do I know my mailpiece was delivered?
Global Motion Center Confirmation is a service offered by Global Motion Center that provides tracking information for packages and letters. You receive a unique tracking number when creating a label with delivery confirmation. This number allows you to track the progress of your shipment as it moves through the postal system.
How to calculate my package delivery price?

Calculate DIMMultiply the package’s length, width, and height, then divide by a standard DIM divisor. The DIM divisor varies by carrier and represents cubic inches per pound.

Compare weightsThe shipping rate is based on whichever is greater: the package’s actual weight or its DIM weight. This is because the bigger the package, the more it’s going to cost to ship.
